Manufacturing
Our integrated production network manufactures over 27 million products annually, combining modern machinery, skilled expertise and continuous innovation to ensure consistent quality and efficient production.

Production capabilities
Our production facilities combine automated machinery with specialised woodworking and brushmaking equipment to manufacture wooden handles, brushes and wood components at scale.
Quality control
Quality is monitored throughout production to ensure consistent standards and compliance with each customer's specifications.
Responsible manufacturing
Our facilities focus on efficient resource use, waste reduction and responsible sourcing throughout the manufacturing process.
From timber to finished handle
A look at the key stages of wooden handle production, from timber preparation to finishing and customisation.
01Timber preparation
Sawn wood is selected and handled before processing.
02Wood processing
Pine boards and panels are prepared for components.
03Handle shaping
Wooden handles are turned and profiled to size.
04Hole drilling
A hanging hole is drilled through the end of each handle.
05Labelling
Customer labels are applied to finished handles.
06Branding
Logos and markings are applied by pad printing.
Our manufacturing process
Wood manufacturing
We manufacture wooden handles and wood components from responsibly sourced timber, mainly pine, beech and rubber wood. Dimensions, finishes and customisation are produced according to each customer's specifications.
Brushware manufacturing
We produce brooms and brushes with natural and synthetic fibres, including recycled synthetic fibre options, combined with wooden handles and brush bodies. Fibre types, models and finishes can be adapted to each customer's requirements.
European logistics & distribution
Our manufacturing network is supported by European warehousing and distribution partners, connecting our production facilities with customers across Europe.
We offer flexible deliveries, from full-container shipments to smaller scheduled deliveries, as well as consolidated shipments and inventory management according to customer requirements.
Where possible, we use inland waterway transport along the Rhine to reduce road traffic and the environmental impact of our logistics.
